How to choose peaches?
Main producing area & The best tasting period.
NO. 1 Chun Xue: not easy to peel, sticky, crisp and sweet. Mid-March (greenhouse) and early June (open field) Shandong Linyi.
NO.2 morning dew: easy to peel, semi-denuded, soft and delicate, from late May to mid-June. Shandong Mengyin; Jiangsu Wuxi.
NO.3 Rain Flower Dew: easy to peel, large in kernel, semi-denuded, milky white in flesh, in mid-June, Wuxi, Jiangsu, Nanhui, Shanghai.
NO.4 baifeng: big, easy to peel, sticky, fragrant and juicy. Mid-early July. Jiangsu Yangshan, Sichuan Longquanyi, Shanghai Nanhui, Zhejiang Fenghua.
NO.5 Okubo: It can be peeled and pitted when it is fully ripe, with a strong sweet and sour taste. From late July to mid-August, Beijing Pinggu.
NO.6 Lake-view honey dew: easy to peel, sticky, sweet and delicate, fine in peach, Wuxi, Jiangsu in late July; Sichuan Longquanyi.
NO.7 Xiahui: easy to peel, sticky, white flesh, hard solute peach, Wuxi, Jiangsu in mid-July; Sichuan Longquanyi.
NO.8 Yulu: easy to peel, semi-denuded, extremely soft and sweet. In late July, Zhejiang Ningbo Fenghua.
NO.9 Bai Li: from Japan, semi-denuded, juicy and sweet, Ningbo Fenghua in the first half of August; Zhejiang Jiaxing; Shaoxing.
NO. 10 golden autumn red honey: not easy to peel, sticky, dense, hard and crisp, in the middle and late September, Weifang, Shandong; Shenzhou, Hebei.
NO. 1 1 Huangjinmi No.3: When it is ripe, it is easy to peel and stick to the core, and the flesh is golden, fragrant and sweet, from the end of August to the middle and late September in Mengyin, Shandong, and Qin 'an, Gansu.
