1. Wash the fish and cut the flowers.
2. Add more salt, a little monosodium glutamate and a little vinegar. Marinate for half an hour.
3. Absorb the water with kitchen paper. Put it in a baking tray lined with tin foil and oiled.
4. Put it into a preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees in the middle layer 15 minutes.
