How to make tender and delicious spareribs as follows:
Tools/raw materials: spareribs, king oyster mushrooms, dried chili peppers, peppercorns, star anise, cloves, ginger slices, salt, aged Soy sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, rock sugar, thirteen spices, cooking oil, basins, pots, and plates.
1. Blanch the pork ribs in cold water and drain.
2. Put oil in the pot, put the ribs in place, fry until golden brown, turn over and fry again.
3. Tear the mushrooms into strips and blanch them. Drain and set aside.
4. Pour out all the oil in the pot, and roast the Sichuan peppercorns, chili peppers, star anise and cloves over low heat until they become fragrant.
