Fresh dates are generally stored in cold storage, and the pre-stored fresh dates should be precooled at 5-8℃ for one or two days before refrigeration. Soak fresh jujube in 2% calcium chloride solution for 30 minutes before precooling. The precooled fresh jujube should be stored in the cold storage at 0℃ ~ 65438 0℃ and the relative temperature is 90% ~ 95%.
Second, the refrigerator refrigeration
Generally, the method of keeping fresh at home is to use the refrigerator, pick out the winter dates that are not all red, seal them with plastic bags, leave a little air in the bags, seal them again, and then put them in the refrigerator for cold storage at 0℃-4℃. However, it is suggested that when packing in plastic bags, it is best to pack in small bags, so that you only need to open one small bag at a time to keep it longer.
Third, vacuum preservation.
Use vacuum packaging method. Choose an airtight food bag to put fresh dates, and use a vacuum packaging machine (household in the market) or a vacuum cupping device to pump out the air in the bag and seal it. There are also food bag sealing machines, which are very cheap and can also be heated and sealed with a saw blade.
Fourthly, sandstone reservoirs.
Select the variety with storage resistance, harvest from early red to semi-red, select undamaged jujube fruits, choose a cool and humid place, spread wet sand with a thickness of 3cm at the bottom, spread a layer of fresh jujube (the thickness of one jujube) on it, then spread another layer of sand, then put the second layer of jujube, then spread the sand, and then put the third layer of jujube, subject to stacking to a height of 30cm. In order to prevent the sand from drying out, clean water can be sprayed on the surface to supplement the humidity. This method can be stored for more than one month, and the jujube fruit is fresh, tender, crisp and sweet, with less nutritional loss.
