Methods/steps
Prepare oil and seasoning, and chop onions.
Mix the flour with the right amount of water until there are many flour balls.
Knead it back and forth by hand until it becomes round dough. Don't start rolling immediately, but let it stand for 10- 15 minutes, so that the dough will be smoother and not sticky.
If the dough is too big, you can cut it in half. Then roll it back and forth with a rolling pin until it becomes a pancake.
Spread the oil evenly on the pancake and sprinkle with salt, seasoning and chopped green onion. If it is not uniform, it can also be folded at four corners to achieve the purpose of uniformity.
Roll the pancake from the edge, roll it into a tube, and then pinch both ends to prevent the edible oil from overflowing.
Then roll the drum into a disc from the beginning, and finally press the end of the drum under it, which makes it easier to roll the drum into a circle. The size of the round cake should be moderate, otherwise the electric cake pan will not fit.
After the electric baking pan is oiled evenly, put the round cake into the electric baking pan, and then sprinkle the cleaned sesame seeds on the surface of the round cake.
Press the switch of the electric baking pan and start heating. It will be cooked in about 5 minutes, and you can see that the round cakes with yellow shells exude a delicious taste.
Clamping the pancakes with clips and bumping them on the electric baking pan can make the pancakes leave layer by layer and taste better.
