1: Ingredients: 200g kale, 20g ham, 20g dried scallops, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce (30g), 1 teaspoon minced garlic (5g).
2: Wash the kale, remove the leaves from the stem, peel off the old skin from the root, and put it into a plate neatly for use.
3: Tear the soaked dried scallops into small shreds, and cut the ham into thin shreds.
4: In a small bowl, mix oyster sauce, garlic, dried scallops and ham, and pour over the kale.
5: Place the top perforated steamer drawer into the Fissler Blue Dot High Speed Instant Pot, followed by the plate.
6: When ready, lock the Fissler Blue Dot High-Speed Instant Pot. When the blue dot rises to the second line, turn down the heat and continue to cook for 10 minutes to remove the flame. Finally, when the blue dot drops back to its original position, open the lid and load the plate.
