Materials:
-Green tea
-Water
Steps:
1. Put a proper amount of green tea into a teapot or teacup.
2. Boil the water, then cool it to about 80℃, and don't brew it directly with boiling water.
3. Pour hot water into a teapot or teacup and soak it for 3-5 minutes, depending on personal taste.
4. Add honey, lemon, mint and other spices according to personal preference.
Tips:
-The brewing time of green tea is well controlled. Soak for a long time and it will be bitter. If the soaking time is too short, the fragrance of green tea will be lost.
-Don't brew green tea at too high a temperature, and don't brew it directly with boiling water, which will destroy the nutrients in tea and affect the taste.
-How many times can green tea be brewed? As long as the brewed tea soup is green in color and tastes good, hot water can be added until the tea loses its taste.
