2. Fish take off both sides of the net meat, fish bone chopped into segments, fish head cut in half.
3. Prepare 1 block of fresh tofu.
4. Cut the tofu into thick slices and soak in salted water.
5. Prepare green onions, ginger, garlic, scallions, red rice pepper and cilantro and wash them together.

16. Put the fish head and fried fish bones into the pot and boil over high heat.
17. Transfer the fish bone soup to a small pot, lay the tofu flat on top of the fish bones, bring to a boil, and then turn the heat to medium-low and simmer for 15 minutes.
18. While the fish soup is simmering, boil water in a separate pot to cook the marinated fish fillets for 2 minutes.
19. Skim off the floating bits in the pot and drain the fish fillets.
20. When the tofu and fish bone soup is ready, lay the cooked fish slices on top of the tofu.
21. First, put ginger and garlic on the fish fillets, red rice pepper, and then dry chili powder, pepper grains, white sesame seeds on the ginger and garlic.
22. Put the appropriate amount of oil in the pan and heat until 70% hot.
23. Use a spatula to pour the oil over the spices, try to make the spices burst with flavor.
24. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and cilantro segments and mix well.
