1. If the peanuts are raw flowers, wash them first, soak them in cold water for about 1 hours (note: change the water for 2-3 times in the middle), and the soaked peanuts are white and tender. Then, control the dry water, pour it into the pressure cooker, add clear water, soak the peanuts, and press them for about 2-2 hours after the fire is filled.
2. If it is the kind of dried peanuts, first soak the peanuts in cold water for one night, until the peanuts are as big as flowers, and then cook them in an ordinary pot for one hour. Before cooking, you can put your favorite seasonings, such as salt, pepper and aniseed.
3. If it is a fresh flower with a shell, it needs to be soaked for 12 hours, and it needs to be soaked with clear water, and the amount of water needs to drown peanuts. Drain after soaking for 12 hours. Cook for 4 minutes with fire. You can also add your favorite seasoning, ginger, salt, red pepper, cooking wine, etc. before cooking.
note: when soaking or boiling peanuts, it is recommended not to use an iron pan, otherwise the boiled peanuts are black and ugly, and the taste is not good.
