Snakehead fish fillets, spicy millet, dried chili peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, garlic
Seasonings
1.5 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, and black pepper
Method
1. Add some domestic oil, add garlic, Sichuan peppercorns, and dried chili peppers, and stir-fry until fragrant.
2. Add red and green chili peppers and stir-fry until soft.
3. Add black fish fillets and fry until cooked.
4. Add light soy sauce for seasoning, dark soy sauce for color, and a little black pepper.
