Conventional eating methods of quinoa and quinoa potato cakes;
Quinoa 150g, mashed potatoes 150g, 2 tsps of flour, appropriate amount of salad oil, and appropriate amount of salt and pepper.
1. Mix mashed potatoes with quinoa 1: 1. When two teaspoons of wheat flour are added, the wheat flour is about 1/3 mashed potatoes. Flour mainly plays a sticky role, so that mashed potatoes and quinoa can be shaped. If you add too much, the baked cake will be hard and can be shaped. Don't add any more.
2. Add salt and pepper and mix well.

Conventional eating method of quinoa, quinoa yam porridge:
Half a cup of quinoa, half a cup of rice, 1 yam, about 50 grams of medlar, a little salt seasoning, and 4 bowls of water.
1. Soak quinoa in water for about three hours in advance, and then add four bowls of water to the pot together with the washed rice.
2. Peel the yam, cut it into pieces and soak it in water to prevent oxidation and discoloration.
3. After the porridge is boiled, turn to medium heat and cook for about fifteen minutes.
4. Add yam, turn on high heat, turn to low heat after boiling, and cook for 20-30 minutes.
5. Finally, add refined salt.
