Chicken 500g yellow rice wine 500ml.

80g of ginger and 6 red dates.

Steps of hakka yellow rice wine Chicken
1.? Wash the chicken and cut it into pieces, and wash the ginger and pat it to pieces (this is my own ginger without peeling).
2.? Put a little oil in the hot pot (not too much oil, because the chicken itself contains fat), add ginger slices and stir fry for a while.
3.? Stir-fry the cut chicken in the pan.
4.? When the chicken is stir-fried to medium-ripe (white), add a little hot water to boil (you can put the chicken soup on it first and then add wine).
5.? Pour into hakka yellow rice wine and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.
6.? Add red dates, longan and medlar, cover and cook until the chicken is soft, and turn off the heat.
