Accessories: soy sauce, salt, aged vinegar, soft sugar, monosodium glutamate and garlic.
Step 1. Wash cucumber, pat it loose and cut it into small pieces.
2. Wash kohlrabi and tear small pieces.
3. Put the cucumber and kohlrabi into a bigger bowl.
4. Add the chopped garlic.
5. Add cold soy sauce.
6. Add old vinegar.
7. Add refined salt.
8. Add monosodium glutamate.
9. Mix well, put it in the refrigerator, and then take it out to eat.
