Accessories: 20g carrot, 4g pepper 1, 20g celery, 20g ginger 1, 2g onion 1, 2g salt, 4g pepper 1g oil, 4g soy sauce, 4g oil consumption, a few drops of sesame oil and 2g corn flour.
How to fry fish slices:
1. Sliced grass carp tenderloin, sliced carrots, peppers and ginger, sliced onions and celery.
2. Add salt to the fish fillets with salt, oil and pepper, and transfer the oil-consuming raw sesame oil powder into a small bowl to make hook juice.
3. Stir-fry ginger slices with oil and salt in a hot pot.
4. Pour in the ingredients and stir fry until raw.
5. Add fish fillets and stir fry.
