This rice first crispy meat soup
Materials: crispy meat, green vegetables, ginger, garlic, peppers
1: Preparation: crispy meat defrosted (crispy meat practice can be seen in the previous two articles of the notes), green vegetables clean, ginger and garlic cut diagonally, peppers soaked in water.
2: hot oil into the ginger, garlic and peppercorns burst incense, pour into the small bok choy stir fry over high heat, and then add two bowls of water (the whole high heat).
3: Pour in the crispy pork, add the seasoning (a little white pepper + a spoonful of soy sauce + a little pepper powder), and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
4: After the simmering is done, take out the pot and serve with dry rice ~
