Can you put fungus in braised winter melon
Ingredients: 500g of winter melon, 20g of mushrooms, green onion and ginger, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2g of salt, 1 star anise
Step by step of how to make braised winter melon

Peel the skin and remove the pith of the winter melon.

Slice into 4 - 5 cm cubes. Cut cross cuts on the outer skin.

Slice green onion, slice ginger.

Dice the mushrooms.

Smear soy sauce on the knife side of the cut winter melon flower to color.

Put oil in a wok, add winter melon skin side down and fry until done.
