How to do it:
1. Wash the beef and cut into shredded pieces, remove the root of the enoki mushrooms, clean them. Red pepper cleaned and cut into sections, ginger cleaned and sliced, green onion cleaned and cut into sections,
2. Add salt, monosodium glutamate (MSG), water starch marinade in the shredded beef for 5 minutes, heat a frying pan, stir-fry shredded beef to 80% maturity and serve,
3. Pour oil into the pan, add ginger, red pepper and popping aroma, put down the enoki mushrooms, salt, MSG, sugar, oyster sauce, then pour into the shredded beef and stir-fry, thicken the gravy with water starch, drizzle with sesame oil, and sprinkle green onions to be ready.

1. Shred Beef Tenderloin, put Salt, Cooking Wine, Light Soya Sauce, Starch, and Water (all 1 tbsp. approx. 2.5 g) to grasp well, and marinade for 10-15 minutes. Cut off the roots of enoki mushrooms, soak in salted water for 10-15 minutes, then pull out and control the water. Wash, deseed and shred the bell peppers. Slice the garlic, and deseed and cut the dried chili pepper into small pieces.

In order to ensure the tenderness of the beef, the shredded beef should not be stir-fried for too long, and the shredded beef can be discharged after the meat turns color.

3. Using the oil in the bottom of the wok, stir fry the garlic cloves and dried chili peppers. Add the chopped green pepper shreds and enoki mushrooms and stir-fry quickly for two seconds. Add in the shredded beef that was just stir-fried. Add a tablespoon of cooking oil and quickly stir-fry the beef and vegetables to taste. The bell peppers and enoki mushrooms are both very easy to cook, so this step can be done in about 1-2 minutes.
