Analysis:
It seems that Matsuko has experienced all the misfortunes in the world without fail. She is persistent, stubborn and foolish, giving men God-like love, but getting punched, kicked and bruised. She was so lonely and isolated that before she died, she wrote the last words "I'm sorry, I was born a human being".
The story is an extreme account of the tragic life of the protagonist, Matsuko, who faces life with an undying spirit. When the female protagonist is disappointed in each relationship, the director also plays relaxing music, which immediately takes her out of the sadness and brings her back to a positive and cheerful world, teaching her to learn that she still has to go on with her life.
Synopsis:
Since then, Matsuko has never believed in love again, nor has she ever loved anyone else. She traveled far and wide to live a reclusive and closed life alone. Because she no longer has a goal in life, she gradually turns into a lazy, obese and mentally unstable "stinky old woman". When she finally regains hope in life, she is beaten to death by a gangster who teaches her to stay out at night. In the 13th year of the Heisei era, Matsuko's cold body was found next to a dry river.
