How to make stir-fried alkaline cake with chive flowers?
Slice the alkaline cake.. An aunt made this for me! It tastes much better than the kind you buy! It looks different too! It tastes just as good!
Wash the chive flowers and cut them into sections for later use! If you keep pinching the older part of the root with your fingers, it needs to be cut off. That doesn’t taste good!
Chop the garlic, shred the red pepper, and bacon. The pork belly is more delicious. You can also use fresh meat. Stir-fry it in paste and set it aside!
Pour oil into the pot. Break the eggs and put them in! After frying, take out and cut into shreds and set aside! You can also break it into small pieces directly in the pot!
Use the remaining oil from the fried eggs to sauté the garlic and bacon until fragrant. If you like browned garlic like me, put the garlic first and then the bacon. Otherwise, put the bacon first and then the garlic!
Then add the chive flowers and chili and stir-fry for a while
Add in the alkaline water cake... add sugar, light soy sauce and cooking wine and stir-fry...
Then add shredded eggs and salt.. stir-fry evenly!
Turn off the heat, add a little chicken essence and stir well!
Plate it..
Tips
You can put whatever vegetables you like.. Chive flowers or leeks are a must!
