Methods/Steps

Choose a piece of fresh pork liver, cut it into small pieces and ginger, water together to soak, soak for an hour, and in the middle of the change of the water 3 times. Put the blood out of the inside.

Put the cooked liver on top of a chopping board and cut into small pieces, the smaller the better.

Put the chopped liver into the wok. Put it back into the cooker 3 times and you are done.

Put the chopped liver into a strainer and strain it through a fine mesh.

After the liver powder is ready, give your baby a spoonful when eating noodles and porridge.

Pork liver must be stir-fried with low heat
Pork liver powder can only be given to the baby 2 times a week, more than not.
