How many flour mills are there in Qitai, Xinjiang, and which flour has the best quality?
I grew up in Qitai. There should be more than a dozen flour mills in Xinjiang, but there are only two well-known large flour mills here. One is a military enterprise called Bayi Flour, and the other is a private enterprise called Huamai New Grain, which belongs to Light Grain Group. The locals basically eat the flour from these two mills, and the others are small factories, which can't produce many tons a year.
