300g squid, 200g celery, 10g minced garlic, 10g minced ginger, 1 chili pepper, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp rice wine, 1 tbsp salsa, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp chicken broth mix, 1/2 tsp cornstarch, 2 tbsp oil
How to do it
1. Wash and slice the squid, cut the celery into sections, and slice the chili pepper. Spare.
2. In a hot pan, add the oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, chili pepper slices from Method 1, then add the squid slices from Method 1, oyster sauce, rice oil, and salsa and stir-fry well.
3. Add in the celery, salt, chicken powder and sugar and stir fry to taste.
