250g of green chili peppers, 20g of oil, 5 of salt, 5 peppercorns, 3g of fennel, 5g of sugar, 5g of soy sauce, 3g of vinegar, 1 piece of ginger, 3 cloves of garlic
II. Methods
Select fresh, thick-fleshed green chili peppers, wash them and dry them, and split each one with a knife (stop the knife near the tip). Then put water in a pot to boil, blanch the chili peppers in the hot water, fish out and dry for spare.
Put oil in a wok, heat it up, put in salt, pepper, fennel, sugar, pour in soy sauce, vinegar, mix it and simmer for a while to remove the water in the soy sauce. And make the salt, sugar, etc. fully dissolved, fusion, simmering flavor. After simmering, pour it into a vessel to cool.
While it is cooling, peel and wash the ginger and slice it, peel and slice the garlic and set aside.
When the boiled juice is cool, add the prepared green chilies, ginger and garlic slices together and mix well. It will be ready for consumption after two or three days.
