Method of cold mixing shredded kohlrabi
Material assembly drawing:
1. When peeling kohlrabi, be sure to wash all the old skins, otherwise it will be very stalk.
2. Slice the kohlrabi, cut it into filaments and put it in a bowl.
3. It is best to soak the shredded kohlrabi in cold water (the soaked shredded kohlrabi stands upright and tastes sweet and crisp).
4. Slice red pepper and soak in water. Chop chives and parsley.
5. Pour shredded red pepper, chopped leek, chopped coriander, salt, sugar, balsamic vinegar, chicken powder, fish sauce, soy sauce and red oil into shredded kohlrabi.
