Steps
1. Cut the onion into shreds and mince the garlic and set aside
2. Cut the loofah into the shape you like, I cut it diagonally

4. Add the cuttlefish and stir-fry
5. Add the onions and stir-fry
6. Stir-fry the onions until they are 8 ripe, then add the loofah and stir-fry
7. Stir-fry the loofah until they are 8 ripe, season with salt and serve
