Preparation Ingredients
2 and 1/2 cups flour, 3/4 cup boiling water, 1 egg, 6 tbsp finely chopped green onion, 1 tbsp minced green onion, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1/2 tbsp lard, 1 tsp salt.
How to make it
Step 1: Stir boiling water into the flour with chopsticks, then add the egg and mix well. Knead the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Step 2: Divide the dough into 6 pieces, flatten each piece, and shape into a thin round with a pole, sprinkle with 1 tbsp green onion, a little sesame oil, lard and salt. Fold the dough inward from both sides and flatten with your hands. Then, using a pastry bag, form a circle about 0.5 centimeters thick.
Step 3: In a skillet, add a tablespoon of oil and cook the crust slowly.
