1. Braised pork belly: First, cook pork belly, cut into pieces, stir-fry shallots, ginger and garlic in oil, add cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, salt and star anise to boil, then add pork belly, stir-fry evenly, and cook over low heat until it tastes delicious.

4. Braised pork belly shreds: shred pork belly, saute ginger and garlic with oil, add pork belly shreds and stir-fry evenly, add seasonings such as soy sauce, sugar, salt, cooking wine and star anise, add water to boil, and simmer on low heat until it tastes good.
5. Fried pork belly: Cut pork belly into pieces, marinate with salt, black pepper, cumin powder, garlic powder and other seasonings for 20 minutes, add olive oil and fry until golden brown on both sides, and serve with salad dressing and pickled cucumber.
