Yellow Bone Fish Stew with Tofu
Replenishes protein, calcium, vitamins and trace elements.
4 fish cleaned and marinated with 1 spoon salt for half an hour. Onion, ginger, garlic and half a chili pepper cut and set aside, tender tofu 1.5 yuan.
1- Fry the fish on medium heat.
