The preparation method of Huadiao cooked drunk crab is as follows:
Tools/materials: hairy crab, Huadiao, light soy sauce, rock sugar, salt, pepper, bay leaves, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, small Fennel, strawberry, dried ginger, water, brush, wok, crisper, steamer.
1. Wash the hairy crabs and use a brush to brush the surface clean and set aside.
