How to open bamboo wine
Generally, a wooden hammer will be given in the packaging of bamboo wine. Just knock a hole in front of the bamboo wine with a wooden hammer, not too big. If it is too big, a lot of bamboo chips will fall into the wine (there is a small oblique mouth in front of the bamboo wine here). After tapping, it will slowly pour out along the oblique mouth and enter the decanter to make the wine fully oxidized and taste sweeter.
