Use a separate knife when cutting raw meat. Raw meat contains a lot of harmful bacteria, which can easily spread to other foods and cause food poisoning.
When dealing with two different foods, it is best to scrub the meat board first. If possible, use a different chopping board when cutting raw meat.
Wash your hands before handling raw meat, fish or touching cooked food.
Put away the prepared clean food.
In the refrigerator, raw food and cooked food should be placed on different partitions, and raw food should be placed where it will not drip into other foods.
Be sure to thaw the food completely before cooking (don't freeze the thawed food again).
