1. Wash rape into small pieces and chop fermented beans for later use;
2. Boil the water in the soup pot, add a spoonful of salt and an appropriate amount of cooking oil, and then blanch the rape for a few seconds;
3. When you see that rape is soft, take it out and soak it in cold water immediately;
4. After adding the base oil to the wok and heating, slowly stir-fry the lobster sauce, then pour in two spoonfuls of oyster sauce, add a bowl of water and a spoonful of sugar, and boil over medium heat;
5. Drain the rape and pour in oyster sauce. You can sprinkle a little chopped flowers, shallots or sesame seeds for fragrance.
