How to fry rice cakes with vegetables?
1. Slice the whole rice cake. I use Ningbo rice cake. The baby naturally thinks that the rice cakes in his hometown are the best. Of course, you can also buy a piece of rice cake directly to save cutting.
2. Wash the vegetables and shred them for later use.
3. Put oil in the pot and heat it. This step is optional, depending on your preference. I will put a little oil in the pot and bake the rice cake to make it swell up and turn yellow, so that it will feel more chewy when fried in the future (it's just a personal preference, which can be ignored or tried by curious babies).
4. put a lot of oil in the pot and stir-fry the rice cake, that is, more oil is better. When the oil is hot, add vegetables and stir fry for a while, then add rice cakes and stir fry together for a while.
5. Put some water in a small bowl, pour it into the pot where the rice cake is fried, and continue to stir fry until the water is almost absorbed by the rice cake and vegetables. Then add salt, monosodium glutamate or chicken essence, stir-fry for a while and take out the pot.
6. If you like to eat tender, fry for a while less, and if you like a little burnt, fry for a while more, but I think both methods are better. This simple dish can last for several days, anyway, I think so.
