Coconut pumpkin pie

Ingredients: pumpkin, glutinous rice flour, fine sugar and clear water.

Tips:

Instead of stuffing, you can also make pumpkin pie with stuffing, wrap it like jiaozi, rub it flat, spread it out and fry it in a pot.
