Ingredients: 450g of mung bean powder, 245g of soft sugar, 45g of glutinous rice flour, 45g of edible oil and 5g of sesame oil.
Exercise:
1. Mix mung bean powder, soft sugar and glutinous rice flour evenly;
2. Add edible oil and sesame oil and stir, and rub the oil powder with your hands and stir evenly;
3. Sieving, that is, rubbing the oil flour dough that has not been stirred thoroughly, pouring it into a steamer covered with gauze, leveling the surface, and drawing diagonal lines with chopsticks;
4. After the water is boiled, steam it for about 25 minutes!
