The production method is as follows:
1. First, wash the fruit wax on the skin with salt and dry the water.
2. Then remove the lemon core (it will have a bitter taste if not removed), peel it, add white sugar, and marinate for more than half an hour.
3. Cut the lemon peel into shreds and boil the water for about 3 minutes. Pour out the water and continue boiling. Repeat boiling the peel three times to remove the bitter taste of the lemon peel (don’t be lazy in this step).
4. Then pour the marinated pulp and peel into the pot.
5. Simmer over low heat for about a quarter of an hour. It will be thick like the picture. Turn off the heat and let it cool.
6. Pour in the honey when it feels warm and stir evenly.
7. Bottle and refrigerate.
