Ingredients:
300g pork tenderloin, 300g winter melon, 4 tablespoons salt, 1 tablespoon pepper, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 0.5 tablespoons sesame oil, 2 egg whites, 2 tablespoons of starch, 1 small piece of ginger, 2 coriander, 1 green onion
Steps:
1. Chop 300g pork tenderloin into minced meat, add 2 tablespoons of starch , 2 egg whites, 2 tablespoons of salt, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and stir well.
2. Put water in the pot, and when there are small bubbles in the water, make minced meat into meatballs and put them into the water.
3. Wait for the meatballs to float, take them out, put them into a bowl of water and set aside.
4. Put water in a pot, add winter melon slices and bring to a boil.
5. Add the cooked meatballs.
6. After boiling over high heat, add 2 tablespoons of refined salt, sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of pepper, drop in 0.5 tablespoons of sesame oil, and then sprinkle with coriander and shredded green onions.
