Ingredients: 3 hairy crabs, ginger, 1, garlic, 2 petals of perilla, soy sauce, 15ml balsamic vinegar, 15ml sesame oil (as you like), 2 drops.
Exercise and Steps:
1. Feed the hairy crabs in clean water for a period of time, spit out the dirty things, and then scrub them with a clean brush. The rope that binds the hairy crabs can be untied.
2. Put a proper amount of clean water into the steamer. After the fire boils, put the hairy crab belly up into the steamer, put the perilla bag, cover the lid and steam for about1015 minutes (the specific time depends on the size of the hairy crab).
3. Wash ginger, peel and chop, and mash garlic.
4. Put Jiang Mo and minced garlic into a bowl, add light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and sesame oil (as you like) and stir well to make a dip (the dip can be prepared as you like or the simplest ginger vinegar juice as long as you like).
5. Take out the steamed hairy crabs, untie the ropes and put them on the plate. Dip it in the sauce when eating.
