2. Taiping Monkey Kui is produced in Xin Ming, Longmen and Sankou of huangshan district (formerly Taiping County) at the northern foot of Huangshan City. The shape of the Taiping monkey head is two leaves holding buds, flat and straight, naturally stretching, and white hair looming. Known as "the monkey head is pointed at both ends, and it will not spread, become warped and roll". The leaves are light green and moist, the veins are green and steady red, the fragrance is Gao Shuang, the taste is mellow and sweet, and it has a unique monkey rhyme.
