Methods

Ingredients
Tofu - 200 grams, lean pork - 20 grams, garlic - 10 grams
Ginger - 1 small piece, cornstarch - appropriate amount

Oyster sauce - 3 tbsp, stock - 2 tbsp, caviar - tbsp
Salted salt - 1 tbsp.

Practice
Slice tofu into thick slices, slice pork and ginger, and slice garlic cloves into pieces;
2. Heat oil in a wok, add in tofu slices, and deep-fry them until golden brown, Salt, monosodium glutamate, oyster sauce and cook to taste, then cook garlic for a few moments, thicken with water starch, drizzle with sesame oil, and serve on a plate;
3. As a snack: put the caviar in a vessel filled with ice to keep it fresh and tasty. Serve with cream and toasted white bread.
