This product is a cellular metabolite present in the body that regulates the activity of various enzyme systems in glucose metabolism. It has been reported that exogenous sodium fructose diphosphate can increase the intracellular concentration of adenosine triphosphate and phosphocreatine and promote the inward flow of potassium ions by activating the activities of phosphofructokinase and pyruvate kinase, which is beneficial to the energy metabolism and glucose utilization of cells under ischemia and hypoxia, thus reducing the damage of ischemic myocardium.
