Seasoning of vermicelli soup
Ingredients: beef tenderloin 300g, bracken (about 30g), mung bean sprouts (about 30g), vermicelli (about 50g), 3 cloves of garlic, 2 onions, Jiang Mo10g, and minced garlic10g.

Seasoning: Chili powder 1 tablespoon (15g), 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce (30ml), 3 tablespoons of white pepper 1/2 (3g), 7 tablespoons of sesame oil (35ml) and salt 1 tsp (5g).

Steps/methods:

1。 After the beef is cleaned, put it into the pot together with scallion (1) and garlic cloves, pour clean water without beef, boil over high fire, skim off the floating foam, cover the pot, and cook over low heat 1 hour.

2。 When the beef is cooked, take it out and filter the soup into another pot for later use. Tear the beef into matchstick-thick shreds, and cut the onion (1 segment) obliquely into 2cm.

6。 Pour the filtered beef soup cooked in step (1) back into the pot, add onion, soy sauce (20ml), salt and fried vegetables, and finally add vermicelli, and cook for 15 minutes on low heat.

Matters needing attention

There are dried bracken (need to be soaked in advance), cooked and vacuum packed. Go home and wash it. You can fry it or make soup.
