Fault 1: Can cook, but can't maintain pressure and keep warm.
The cause of the failure may be that the timer is in the "off" position and the pressure maintaining loop is not connected; The timer transmission mechanism stops running or the lever is stuck. The correct maintenance method is to adjust the timer knob and screw it to the corresponding position. In addition, it should be overhauled according to the situation to make it run normally.
Fault 2: Cook uncooked rice directly into burnt rice.
I believe many people have encountered such a situation, but I don't know why. In fact, this is because the contact of the timer limit switch loses elasticity, which leads to the inseparable contact and the temperature continues to rise at a fixed time.
Fault 3: the pressure limiting valve cannot exhaust or the exhaust is not smooth.
There are two reasons for this. The first is that the air inlet and air outlet of the pressure limiting valve are blocked by foreign objects. The second type is that the pressure limiting valve is rusted by the heavy hammer, unable to move and the air hole is blocked. The correct maintenance method is to remove foreign matter to make the passage smooth, or to apply a little cooking oil on the sliding surface after rust removal.
Fault 4: The pressure maintaining indicator is on and off.
Loose connection point of connecting wire and poor contact of timer limit switch may cause the pressure maintaining indicator light to turn on and off. The correct maintenance method is to reconnect, repair or replace the indicator light.
