Mainly using immune enhancers, hoping to partially restore the immune function of patients. Commonly used are the following.
(1) thymosin:
Cellular immune enhancer, suitable for viral and tumor diseases caused by immune deficiency and immune dysfunction. The side effects are few and mild, and occasional transient dizziness and chest tightness can subside by themselves. 1 0 ~ 20mg/time, intramuscular or subcutaneous injection, every other day1time.

It can stimulate humoral and cellular immunity and has a wide range of pharmacological activities. No obvious toxic or side effects. 3 ~ 5 tablets/time, 2 times /d, a course of treatment of 3 months, and at the same time taking general doses of vitamins.
(3) Adie interleukin (IL-2):
It can enhance the activities of T lymphocytes and natural killer cells (NK), and inhibit the activity of viral DNA polymerase, and has the effects of exciting cellular immunity and antivirus. Side effects include fever, chills, anorexia and fatigue. 15mg/d 10% glucose injection (250ml) was given intravenously for 3-4 weeks.
In the past, it was thought that the application of immune stimulants could enhance the immune function of HIV-infected people. But at present, some people think that the activation of T cells can trigger the replication of HIV in cells. Therefore, whether it is applied or not is still inconclusive.
