A catty of duck tongue
Ingredients: onion, ginger, octagonal cinnamon, fragrant leaves, clove and pepper

Ingredients 2: a bottle of bittern, a bottle of pickled pepper and a little pepper and ginger.
Step 1
Wash the duck tongue and blanch it. Divide it into two parts for use.
Step 2
A package of ingredients is made into a package. Take a pot of old cooking wine with water and salt and the package, add duck tongue and cook for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and cool. Let it cool before taking it out and putting it on a plate.
Step 3
Take a pot of water, add cooking wine, ginger and duck tongue, cook for a quarter of an hour, then take out the duck tongue and soak it in ice water to cool and drain. Put it in a sealed bowl, soak it in pickled peppers, ginger slices and pepper granules, and refrigerate for more than three hours. Set the plate on the table before eating.
