Material preparation: Chinese cabbage, bean curd, salt, soy sauce, hot sauce, onion, ginger, garlic, cooking oil and clear water.
Step 1: Wash the cabbage and cut it into sections, cut the tofu into cubes, slice the onion, ginger and garlic, pour the oil into the wok, add the hot sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.
Step 2: Stir-fry the cabbage.
Step 3: Cook in soy sauce and stir-fry until the cabbage collapses.
Step 4: Add clean water and tofu, and when the water boils, cover it with low heat and simmer slowly. When the cabbage is a little transparent, add salt to taste, turn off the heat and put it on the plate.
