1. This is the leftover black bean rice from the first day. I added glutinous rice, so it's sticky.
Put on gloves, knead the rice into round porcelain, and then gently press it into a cake half a centimeter thick.
3. Stir the eggs with sugar.

Rice should be sticky enough with glutinous rice.
It doesn't take long to fry, the rice itself is cooked and the egg liquid is golden.
If you don't like sweets, you can change sugar into salt.
