6. Clean the dirt and claws in the abdominal cover of the crab, so that the crab is completely cleaned.
7. Put the cleaned crabs into a pot with more than half of the water. After all washing, fill up with water and soak for about ten minutes before rinsing. The purpose is to wash away the dirty water brought in when washing the crabs. !
