The common frogs in China are:

Tiger frog, flowering frog, northern narrow-mouthed frog, giant tree frog, red-bellied bombing toad, West China tree frog, Chinese fish frog , Emei mustache toad, spiny-breasted frog and Chinese giant toad.

It often lives in rice fields, ditches, ponds, swamps and other places with water below 9 meters above sea level.
