Many friends like to eat fried dumplings, cooked jiaozi, wrapped in egg liquid and bread crumbs, fried until the surface is golden, crisp and soft, which is really delicious, but fried dumplings are still too greasy. Today, I will teach you a new way to eat. There are still some Yuanxiao left in the refrigerator at home, which are directly wrapped in crispy skin and baked in the oven. Ingredients: 6 Yuanxiao, 6 egg tart skins (you can also grab cakes by hand), appropriate amount of egg liquid and sesame seeds.
Specific practices
1. Prepare the skin of the egg tart and Yuanxiao, which need not be thawed, and put the egg tart at room temperature.
2. Put an egg tart bag into a Lantern Festival and put it down.
3. Poke some small eyes on the egg tart skin with a toothpick to prevent the Yuanxiao from bursting when baking.
Brush a layer of egg yolk liquid on the wrapped Yuanxiao and sprinkle some sesame seeds.

1. No matter whether you use Yuanxiao or Tangyuan, you don't need to thaw, but the egg tart skin must be thawed. If it is too hard, it will crack easily when wrapped.
2. The direct baking of Yuanxiao will burst due to heat, so it is convenient to poke some small eyes on the cake to breathe, and the baked shape will look better.
